Maisontet Brass - The Fossil Song

Australopithecus afarensis,
is one of the first one's they found,
Next africanus and bahrelghazali and garhi,
these are which many astound.
Next on the list is the Kenyanthropus,
the platyops only one there.
Next aetheopicus, boisei, rhobustus,
all in the Pliocene layer.
Homo habilis, rudolfensis, ergaster,
georgicus, antecessor, cepranensis
Erectus, heidelenbergensis,
n'anderthal sapiens, florensiensis...(breath)

The earliest fossil the protongulatum's
a mammal that walked on the land.
The second one up is a pakicetus,
and it kinda looks like a ham.
The ambulocetids, like Kutchicetus
were the first ones that started to swim.
Next Protocetus, and then rhodocetus,
both in the Eocene time.
Basilosaurus and durodon, odontocetes,
squalodon and marginata.
Kentriodon and hadrodelphis,
and those were the only ones left.

Archaeopteryx from later Jurassic
is the first one that we'd call a "bird".
Hershkovitzi Osgoodi, from tinamus Osgoodi
and next is the tinamus tree:
Percautus, robustus, castaneiceps, sauratus,
major are modern species.
Protoavis texensis, Yanornis, Icthyornis,
are some "Mezazo-nese"
Hesperornithiformes, dromaeosaurus,
confuciusornis, longisquama
Although these are contended by most modern science,
this is the best I can do.

We'll start in the Eocene with Paleomastedon
and Moeritheres
Next Oligocene with deinotheres,
mammutids gomphotheres
Miocene has primelephas, stegadons
gomphotherium too,
Next pliocene with deinotherium and
we're gonna close out the tune.
Mammuthus elephas loxodonta
and stegadon mammut and that's all there is,
And that's the end of the fossil song...

El pibe comenta que volvió a resubir la canción porque la última estrofa le salió algo chunga. Esto es imposible aprenderselo.
